Electronic Toll Services
The services of the electronic tolling system are provided by the network of premid point distribution centres and contact centres, by telephone via hotline, and at the premid.cz internet portal.

Non-stop client telephone line / hotline
The hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Domestically, you can call the toll-free number 800 6986 29 (800 MYTO CZ), or +420 272 6986 29 (+420 272 MYTO CZ, not toll-free). Non-stop services are available in Czech (or Slovak), English, German, and Russian. Between 06:00 and 22:00 services are also available in Polish, Hungarian, and Spanish.
The hotline can be used to:
- Pre-register for the tolling system in accordance with the law
- Request statements of toll transactions
- Obtain an explanation for invoice items and request that corrections be made to incorrectly assessed tolls
- Obtain information about the tolling system
- Report a technical malfunction, or loss or theft, of a premid onboard unit
- File a complaint or make a suggestion regarding the tolling system
- Communicate with customer support staff in Czech, Slovak, English, German, and Russian 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and in Polish, Hungarian, and Spanish between 06:00 and 22:00
Internet Portal www.premid.cz
This portal provides all information about the network of tolled roads in the Czech Republic, the premid onboard unit, the electronic tolling system and its functionalities, payment options, and services. This information can also be requested via email: mytocz@premid.cz.

Toll calculator
A toll calculator is available to users at www.premid.cz. This easy-to-use application can be used to calculate the estimated toll for a route after you enter its starting and end points.
SelfCare Centre
Users can take advantage of the SelfCare Centre at www.premid.cz (requires registration), which allows them to:
- Pre-register for the electronic tolling system in accordance with the law
- Download statements of toll transactions
- Download copies of invoices and request that corrections be made to incorrectly assessed tolls
- Report a technical malfunction, or loss or theft, of the premid onboard unit
- File a complaint or make a suggestion regarding the tolling system
