Documents required for contract

A contract under the postpaid terms and conditions between the vehicle operator and the system operator shall be concluded in writing. The contract is valid and effective only when signed by authorised representatives of both contractual parties. A proposal for concluding the contract is made by the vehicle operator by means of:

  • entering their pre-registration data on this website (the link is located in the upper left section of the page)
  • filling in (but not signing) both copies of the contract, including annexes 1 and 2, which form an inseparable part of the contract
  • visiting a contact centre with the required documents (to verify the data that the vehicle operator entered into pre-registration form and the contract) and signing both parts of the contract, including annexes 1 and 2 in the presence of a contact centre official

Documents required to submit a draft contract (single copy):

  • copy of the vehicle operator’s entry in the Commercial Register (not older than 3 months, the authentic original, or a notarized copy thereof)
  • power of attorney (in the event that the contract is not signed by the statutory representative)
  • bank guarantee (in case of deferred payment, i.e., toll will be paid through invoice by bank transfer or direct debit)
  • vehicles registration certificates (simple copies, no notarization required)
(Note: If the vehicle emissions class is not explicitly written on the vehicle registration certificate, the vehicle operator will be required to present another relevant document (e.g. a CEMT/CM certificate), otherwise the vehicle will be registered as being of the Euro2 emissions class.)

As soon as it is signed by the system operator, one copy of the signed contract, including annexes 1 and 2, is to be sent back to the contact point. Upon the contact point’s receipt of the contract, the vehicle operator will be invited to collect their premid units.
